Our IICRC Master Textile Cleaner is thoroughly familiar with the cleaning procedures needed to ensure a quality, long-lasting cleaning job on your upholstered furniture.
Whether you have cotton linen, Haitian cotton, rayon or a synthetic material on your furnishings such as Micro-fiber, we utilize the proper, type-specific cleaning methods and techniques. After a thorough pre-vacuuming, a light pre-spray is followed by a gentle agitation of the fabric nap. This strategy loosens the soiling from the fiber, enabling it to be whisked away by our gentle but powerful extraction equipment. Typically, the results are quite amazing and dramatic!
This cleaning is often followed by a gentle grooming of the fiber nap to maximize luster. To maintain long-life and spill repellency, your fabric would then love to be protected with a high-quality protectant such as DuPont® Teflon Advanced for Upholstery.
For leather, we carefully inspect to determine your leather type. Using type-specific techniques, we hand-clean via cotton applicator with professional grade leather cleaner. Spots, cracks, warping and appearance anomalies are assessed and addressed. A protective moisturizer is then professionally
applied as needed to restore the leather furnishing.
